For over a quarter century, Jacky has served Central Florida as an organizer, advocate, and bridge-builder. His understanding of community needs comes from decades of grassroots engagement and creating solutions where systems have failed.
In 2012, following the Haiti earthquake, he founded United Haitians Living Abroad (UHLA), a sustainable model of diaspora empowerment built for long-term resilience.
