3. Pre-Registration Requirement

• Enroll in one of our recommended third-party programs (each a "Program").
• Conduct independent due diligence on any Program before joining.
• Empire Link does not operate, endorse, or guarantee any third-party Program's performance.
• Use your personal referral link from the selected Program to complete Empire Link registration.

4. Downline Network System

• Personal Referrals: Unlimited referrals via your personal Empire Link invite link.
• Free Downline Allocation: Eligible members may receive up to three (3) free downline members through our automated allocation system. Allocation order, eligibility, and distribution are determined solely by Empire Link.
• No Guarantee of Earnings: Empire Link does not guarantee any specific downline growth, referral volume, or income.

5. User Responsibilities

• Use the Site in compliance with all applicable laws.
• Not engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or spam.
• Not attempt to manipulate or exploit the downline allocation system.
• Only invest funds in third-party Programs that you can afford to lose.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Empire Link LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Empire Link is a networking platform, not an investment advisor, broker, or financial institution.
• We do not guarantee income, downline growth, or third-party Program performance.
• Earnings Disclaimer: Any income examples or projections are illustrative only and not guarantees.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Empire Link LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in any Program.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Empire Link LLC, its members, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or participation in any third-party Program.
